Collie Rescue Information: Collies, or Rough Collies, are loyal, devoted, and protective dogs. Most Collies are excellent companions for children. Collies are natural herders and may nip at people's heels when they are puppies. Collies respond well to gentle obedience training. Collies are best suited to loving families with a decent sized yard but can adapt to apartment life. Collies are easy to housebreak. Collie Trivia: The most famous Collie was the television star, Lassie. Pal was the name of the first Collie to play the part of Lassie. |
