Rescue Me ID: 14-09-25-00161Mike (male)

Collie Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Blind

Mike is a 5 year old, very handsome, mixed breed. He is like a mini St. Bernard, only weighs about 35 lbs and so cute! He was pulled from a kill shelter and is now ready for his forever home. Mike is blind in one eye, but it requires no special care. He is a good boy. Due to his vision loss, we recommend a home with no small children. He has been in foster care and bonds so much with an owner. He wants badly to be loved and cared for. A perfect home for Mike would be a single person or couple with no children. Mike likes to be near his person and also loves to play. He is good with other dogs as well. Mike has been fully vetted and is ... (Read More)heartworm negative, and current on preventatives. *No children, No Cats* Children move too fast for his comfort with his vision loss on one side, and cats look fun. (Less)

Compatibility: Good w/ Male Dogs Only, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant

This sweet girl was brought in with 8 puppies! She was a great mother and a euth date came up so Lady was put into foster care. We have discovered she doesn't seem to do well with other dogs or cats. We have not tested her with dhildren and believe she should be an only dog. Her adoption fee is neogtiable. As we do not have any foster homes available without other dogs, she is back in the shelter. Please help us find her the home she deserves!
