Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Hi, I am Tulip! I am an adorable 6 month old German Shepherd mix puppy. I have lots of energy to run around and play. I love to go exploring, but I can be a little timid at first. I'm housebroken, I know my name and I know what 'no' means. I'm not agressive and I don't mind cats. Right now I am in a foster home with two other dogs and we get along very well. They are a lot of fun to play with and teach me how to be a good pet. I'm spayed and fully vaccinated. I don't need much, just an active family that will love me and play with me. I promise to be a loving, loyal companion that will always greet you with a wagging tail. Can you ... (Read More)take me home? Please email info@sochidogs.org www.sochidogs.org (Less)

Collie Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Submissive
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Robbie is a young Collie mix. He is playful, friendly and gives lots of kisses. Robbie is sensitive about his paws and legs being touched. At times he can be not accepting of certain men approaching his kennel. For these reasons he must go to an experienced home without young children. We do not know his past causing him to be this way. A volunteer is working to desensitize him. Robbie is at the shelter and can be seen during daily adoption hours. If you are interested in meeting Robbie, please fill out an application at folas.org and the dog adoption coordinator will get back to you.

Animal ID: 134474Darla (female)

Collie Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Not Good with Other Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Darla is a recent 2 year old Shepherd/Collie mix owner surrender. Although she is a pretty girl, she wasn't cared for in her previous home. Her coat was not in good shape, and although I tried to brush her, she acted like she didn't know what in the world I was doing to her. An indication she was never brushed. She didn't know how to walk on a lead but with some practice, she should improve. Darla did release the rawhide and her food test was fine. Darla seemed like she was never socialized with other dogs and didn't seem to care for them. A one dog home would be best for her.
