|Rescue Me ID: 17-05-19-00368Bell (female)|
1 year | 60 lbs Meet Bell! She is an active, fun, friendly, mutt who loves everyone she meets! Bell does not have any fear or aggression. Bell like spending time with kids and she enjoys other dogs. However, Bell gets too excited around cats to live with them. She can walk on a leash, play fetch, catch treats and stand on her hind legs. Ideally, Bell needs a fenced-in yard and daily walks/runs. Bell will be a great addition for an active family. You can find more pictures of Bell on our website: www.sochidogs.org/bell If you are interested in adopting Bell or learning more please fill out our adoption application: http://www.sochidogs.org/adoption-inquiry/ http://www.sochidogs.org/ https://www.facebook.com/sochidogrescue/ (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 17-05-03-00436Emily (female)|
Sweet Emily has has a rough life. She has been in foster for about 6 months now. She came to us so scared, so skinny, so abused, heartworm positive - it has taken this long for her to get healthy, to learn to play and to learn to trust. Emily has come a looooong way! She is about about 45 lbs, possibly a short haired collie mix with some shepherd. The guestimate is that she is about years old. She is happiest just being near her family in a quiet envronment. While youre gone to work she will patiently wait for you on your bed, making sure everyone is safe. All of Emily's front teeth are broken. Probably when she tried to chew off the chains that kept her imprisoned out in the harsh elements. She is so sweet but wary of strangers. She will do best with an older family. Fine with all ages of kids but will become protective & if a lot of kids are coming & going it will be overwhelming for her. She just wants a quiet, loving stable warm home. Fully housebroken, currently undergoing treatment for heartworms (Less)

Collie Dogs can make good pets in New Jersey if they match your IifestyIe. Collies, or Rough Collies, are loyal, devoted, and protective dogs. Most Collies are excellent companions for children. Collies are natural herders and may nip at people's heels when they are puppies. Collies respond well to gentle obedience training. Collies are best suited to loving families with a decent sized yard but can adapt to apartment life. Collies are easy to housebreak.
