    Coal is a wonderful, fun-loving, and beautiful puppy. She is currently spending her days and nights in a concrete cage at Caddo Parish Animal Shelter all alone. She was found on the streets and had been seen being beaten. She deserves a loving, forever home. She is approx. 3-4 months old. For her information, contact Caddo Parish Animal Shelter. She should be available for adoption on Wednesday, March 22, 2017.

    Part collie; loves children! Friendly but a little shy until she sees children and then she is so happy to play with them. I think she was dropped off(which happens often around here). She is a young dog.

    Layni is a female Collie/Begian Malinois born about 1/2012. She is spayed and up to date on shots. Layni was found as a stray trying to fend for herself the best she could. She does great with kids and cats. She needs to be an only dog this could be from her street life or the fact she finally has human attention and just doesn't want to share her belly rubs. She loves to play fetch.

Collies are natural herders and may nip at people's heels when they are puppies. Collies respond well to gentle obedience training. Collies are best suited to loving families with a decent sized yard but can adapt to apartment life. Collies are easy to housebreak.
